PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breakage preventing function with a low cost structure. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle air intake duct interposed between a bumper 1 and a heat exchanger 2 guides external air introduced from an opening 1a of the bumper 1 to the heat exchanger 2 and includes a displacement absorbing part for absorbing displacement by shock input from outside a car to the bumper 1. The displacement absorbing part comprises a slit previously formed on a duct body so as to extend in an input direction of shock, and folded parts 11A, 12A folded in a mountain shape along a direction approximately orthogonal to an extending direction of the slit as an end part.
