PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile heater unit and an automobile air conditioner provided therewith capable of blowing out air of proper temperature from each outlet for providing proper air conditioning which keeps the head cool and feet warm and prevents fogging and freezing of a window glass, or the like in any operation mode. SOLUTION: This automobile heater unit 101 has an inlet opening part 107, an air mix damper 103 dividing a flow of cooled air, a heater core 102 where one flow of the divided cooled air flows in, the temperature adjusted, and flows out into a heater core wake flow ventilation passage 111, an air mix part 113 mixing cooled airs from the heater core wake flow ventilation passage 111 and a heater core bypass flow ventilation passage 112, and outlets distributing the temperature-adjusted air into a vehicle cabin. It is provided with a cool air ventilation passage 116 allowing the cooled air from the air mix damper 103 to flow into the heater core wake flow ventilation passage 111 bypass the heater core 102.
