PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively enhance durability of a trailing arm, in particular strength of an attaching part onto a carriage side, under spatial limitation. SOLUTION: Oscillation centers of a trailing arm 20 are arranged in both sides of a wheel 40. The oscillation centers are arranged in positions nearer to an axle 22 than an increasing outside diameter T2 of the wheel 40, and a member 200 for connecting portions of the two oscillation centers is arranged in positions more distant from the axle 22 than the increasing outside diameter T2 of the wheel 40. A distance between two attaching parts in the both sides of the wheel 40 is set to be at least twice as wide as a width dimension of the wheel 40, for replacing work of the wheel 40.
