PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-way clutch allowing to attain smooth lubrication of a frictional engaging means and the like with a relatively simple structure. SOLUTION: Multiple radial grooves 43 are engraved on a front end surface of an outer wheel 7, and a radial front lubricating oil passage 45 is thereby partitioned between the outer wheel 7 and a front retainer 11. Multiple radial projections 47 are projected on a rear end surface of a rear retainer 13, and a rear lubricating oil passage 51 is thereby partitioned between the rear retainer 13 and a transmission element 49.
