PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a crack between through-holes by the thermal expansion and shrinkage of a partition plate and lengthen a dual length, in the pipe joining plural exhaust flow routes at a downstream part, forming the exhaust flow route by a partition plate dividingly and forming the through- hole downstream from the partition plate. SOLUTION: In joining plural upstream exhaust flow routes downstream from a partition plate, a projection 8d projected more downstream from the downstream end 8c where the partition plate 8 and pipe 5 are fixed stickingly and also not contacted with the pipe 5 is formed downstream from the partition plate 8. Through-holes 13 are bored across a certain range from the downstream end 8c of the projection 8d toward the upper streamside.
