PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reduction in appearance and comfort when a seat back is reclines backward. SOLUTION: A child seat anchor 12 is arranged in a slit 16 on a back end portion of a seat cushion so as to project and retract downward by ascending/ descending thereof. The child seat anchor 12 is enabled to be retracted and held in a retracting position against the deviation force of a return spring 28 by locking a locking end 12c with a lock plate 36. By the pulling operation of a waving 44 united to an operating end 36a of the lock plate 36 at one end, the child seat anchor 12 is enabled to be deviated and held in a projecting position under the deviation force of the return spring 28.
