PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibration amplitude generated at a grip part for a pilot by changing amplitude or wavelength of vibration generated at an operating rod in a vibration control structure type operating rod capable of reducing amplitude of vibration generated at an operating rod of a helicopter during flight. SOLUTION: A weight 4 is freely inserted over an outer periphery of a cylindrical operating rod 9 where large vibration is generated and affects weight distribution and rigidity distribution of the operating rod 9 by moving and adjusting location in axial direction of the operating rod 9. The weight 4 is fixed at a location in axial direction where vibration generated at the operating rod 9 is reduced at a grip part of the operating rod 9 which a pilot 3 grips. The grip part for the pilot 3 can be made a vibration node part where vibration is minimized by fixing the weight 4 at an appropriate location in the axial direction of the vibrating operating rod 9.
