PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately mold a high and low stepped shape by eliminating the filling irregularity of the stepped part of the leading end part of a foam molded object. SOLUTION: The outer periphery of a recessed mold inside 12a is fixed to a metal fixed frame 12b and the outer periphery of a projected mold inside 13a is fixed to a metal fixed frame 13b through an intermediate mold 3 and a cavity 11 is formed between both insides. Difference in level is provided to the intermediate mold 3 so as to form a stepped shape of a low step part 11b and a high step part 11a on the side of a filling body and a parting line forming the first vent opening 21 communicating with an independent passage 22 which communicates with the outside is arranged between the inside 12a and the intermediate mold 3 and the second vent opening 31a communicating with the independent passage 22 separately is provided to the part opposed to the upper surface part of the high step part 11a of the difference in level of the intermediate mold 3.
