PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling-packaging device for a fluid article, which is a filling-packaging device to continuously perform a pillow-packaging of a fluid article, and wherein even when a fluid article of a high temperature is filled, there is no affixation of a film, and which is improved in such a manner that the carrying of the film may be stabilized, and a welding strength may be further increased. SOLUTION: This filling-packaging device for a fluid article is equipped with a vertical sealing mechanism 1, which forms a strip film F1 into a cylindrical body F2, a filling loader 2, which fills the fluid article in the formed cylindrical body F2, a pair of pinch rolls 4, which flatly crush one section of the cylindrical body F2 being fed out from the vertical sealing mechanism 1, a lateral sealing mechanism 5, which welds one section of the crushed cylindrical body F2, and a pair of pressing plates 6, which press the cylindrical body F2 filled with the fluid article, from the side surfaces. Then, to the pinch rolls 4 and the pressing plates 6, a cooling means, which cools them to an approx. specified temperature, is respectively provided.
