PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a filter area and to ensure the filter capacity of an element by providing a bag-shaped element which is sealed and fixed to an opening end portion and composed by successively arranging plural small bag portions, on a periphery of an air inflow port in a discharge port side of an element holding plate provided with at least one air inflow port. SOLUTION: A left end of a pipe 5 is connected to a discharge port 52 provided on a case 51 of which a right portion is formed in a partial sphere shape. In the case 51, a protective net 57 of which a right portion is formed in the partial sphere shape is inserted from a left end. The left end of the protective net 57 is fixed to a net fixing plate 59, and an element main body 60 wherein an element 61 is folded on an element holding plate 63 is inserted into the case 51 from the left of the net fixing plate 59. Then a cover 65 to which a pipe 69 is connected is put on an intake port 67. The element 61 is made by successively arranging a plurality of small bag portions 79, and an opening end portion 77 thereof is fixed to a projecting portion on an air inflow port periphery of the element holding plate 63 by sealing.
