PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat efficiency by recovering fuel gas discharged to the air at the time of starting to heat high pressure fuel gas, and heating high pressure fuel gas by circulating cooling water during operation. SOLUTION: When gas temperature becomes above 38 deg.C, a fuel gas relief valve is closed, and a fuel gas intercept valve is opened to supply fuel gas to a combustor, thereby starting the gas turbine equipment. During operation, as the temperature of lubricating oil and apparatus rise, cooling water is circulated. The temperature of cooling water from the gas turbine equipment is set about 48-50 deg.C, and cooling water is injected from an outlet hole of a cooling water discharge pipe 33 so that jet water is applied to most of a fuel gas heat exchange tube provided in the lower part in a gas holder. Thus, high pressure fuel gas passed through the fuel gas heat exchange tube is heated to about 42 deg.C, and cooling water is cooled. Since the temperature of cooling water is higher than the atmosphere temperature, heat is radiated from the surface of the gas holder. Thus, high pressure fuel gas is heated by heat from the gas turbine equipment so as to improve heat efficiency.
