PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form hanger, which supports the inner forms of forms, by which a mat foundation and a continuous footing are formed simultaneously and integrally, under the state, in which the inner forms are floated from a ground, in which structure and operation are simplified and which can be used repeatedly. SOLUTION: The form hanger 1 has an external vertical material 2, an internal vertical material 3 and a horizontal material 4. The external vertical material 2 is installed outside outer forms 101 arranged and fixed in a vertical surface along the outer circumference of a mat foundation A, obstructing an inclination in the internal and external directions. In the internal vertical material 3, inner forms 102 are hung down and fixed on the inside, and the lower edge of the inner forms is set at the position of the top face of the mat foundation A. The horizontal material 4 is fixed by combining the upper ends of the internal and external vertical materials 2, 3, and supported onto the top face of the outer forms 101.
