PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cigar lighter installing structure for a constructing machine attached so as to always fix a position of an earth terminal in an interior panel at a specific position, and improving assembling performance. SOLUTION: A cigar lighter 13 is composed of a knob 14 having an igniting portion, an inner wheel portion, and an outer wheel portion 16 united with the inner wheel portion. The inner wheel portion and the outer wheel portion 16 are united to each other so as to sandwich a part of the interior panel 11, thereby attaching the cigar lighter 13 to the interior panel 11. An earth terminal member 21 having an earth terminal 21a and positioned by a projection 22 of the interior panel 11 is separately provided. The earth internal member 21 is disposed between the inner wheel portion and the outer wheel portion 16 while contacting with the outer wheel portion 16, and the inner wheel portion and the outer wheel portion are united while positioning the earth terminal member 21 by the projection 22 of the interior panel 11. Therefore, in the interior panel, the earth terminal is fixed at a specific position facilitating the connection of an electrical terminal at the time of assembling.
