PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs of an inside/outside air two layer type air conditioning unit and a vehicular air conditioner by providing a structure simplifying selecting and switching control of inside and outside air introducing modes. SOLUTION: In this inside/outside air two layer type air conditioning unit 1A, a blower fan 19, an evaporator 25, and a heater core 26 are arranged inside a duct 10 wherein an outside air inlet 11 and an inside air inlet 12 open to an upstream side and outlets 13, 14, and 15 open to a downstream side. The interior of the duct 10 is divided into an outside air passage 17 and an inside air passage 18 by a diaphragm 16 provided with an opening part 41 communicating the outside air passage 17 and the inside air passage 18 at the upstream side of the blower fan 19. One inside/outside air damper 40 swinging on one end as support is provided at the upstream side of the duct 10, the outside air inlet 11 and the inside air inlet 12 are arranged facing an opening and closing operation range of the inside/outside air damper 40, and the opening part 41 is arranged inside the opening and closing operation range of the inside/ outside air damper 40.
