PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footrest structure for vehicle with small prime motor capable of extending the range for resting feet to extend the freedom of movement of the feet and providing a comfortable traveling without any narrow feeling. SOLUTION: This footrest structure for vehicle with small prime motor comprises a substantially horizontal footboard 17 continued to the lower end of a leg shield 16 for covering a body front surface. In this structure, a narrow part 18 tightened in the vehicle lateral direction is formed on the lower end of the leg shield 16, and the front edge of the footboard 17 is provided on both sides of the narrow part with the front surface being opened.
