PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent releasability even packaged through a packaging material has adhesive properties without adherence of a wax to a content by coating a laminated material of paper adhered to a surface of an aluminum with a water glass as an adhesive with a silicone resin. SOLUTION: First, a base material and paper are laminated to a laminated material, a water glass is used as an adhesive of the material to the paper or by dry laminating. As the adhesive for laminating an aluminum on the paper, an acrylic resin or the like is used. In such a case, when the aluminum is coated with a silicone resin and dried, a wrinkle or a bulge is generated. However, when the glass is used as the adhesive, or by dry laminating, such a problem does not occur. This packaging material has excellent releasability. Further, the packaging material can be thinned, it is suitable as a packaging material of a sticky substance or particularly as an interior finishing material. As the adhesive substance, in the case of a food, a caramel, a soft candy, a chewing gum, cheese or the like is used. In the case of an industrial material, a clay, a putty or the like can be exemplified.
