PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet attaching device which automatically attaches a waterproof sheet to an outer wall panel. SOLUTION: This waterproof sheet attaching device attaches a waterproof sheet 12 to an outer wall panel 100 to be used when a building is structured. The device is equipped with an adhesive applying means 60 for applying an adhesive for bonding the waterproof sheet 12 to the outer wall panel 100 to at least either of the outer wall panel 100 or the waterproof sheet 12. In addition, the device is equipped with a pressing means 170 for bonding the waterproof sheet 12 to the outer wall panel 100 with the help of the adhesive applied by the adhesive applying means 600 through pressing the waterproof sheet 12 to the outer wall panel 100.
