摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water quality control method provided with excellent learning ability to the variable characteristics of raw water and self performance diagnosis ability. SOLUTION: The turbidity of treating water is estimated by supplying water quality data to a neural net work in a treating water turbidity estimating part 11 and a 1st corrected injection rate is calculated from the deviation between the estimated treating water turbidity and an objective treating water turbidity in a 1st corrected injection rate calculation part 14. A flocculant injection rate is calculated from the water quality data composed of the water quality of the raw water and a chemical injection rate and a flocculant base injection rate by the operation in a flocculant injection inference part 12. A 2nd and a 3rd corrected injection rate for rainy weather and water quality factor, are calculated by the fuzzy inference in the inference part 12 and are housed in the factors of an operation expression for the calculation of the flocculant injection rate. The injection rate of the flocculant to be added into the raw water is calculated from the flocculant injection rate and the 1st corrected injection rate by the operation in an operation treating part 15.
