PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling device capable of smoothly connecting a control interlocking system in connecting agricultural equipment. SOLUTION: This operational coupling device for agricultural equipment is obtained by comprising connecting a control interlocking system between a vehicle body 1 and a operational equipment 3 near a connecting position of a link hitch 2 of the vehicle body 1 with a operational hitch 4 of the operational equipment 3, having a interlocking pin 5 at one hitch side and equipping a pin guide 8 leading the interlocking pin 5 to a guide surface 6 of a funnel at the other hitch side and fitting the pin with a pin hole 7 at the bottom of the funnel.
