PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the ventilation sealing property at a locking location by constituting a pump dispenser in such a manner that when a plunger approaches the locking location at the stroke bottom dead center, a flap may be engaged with a tapered zone, and then, may be engaged with a larger diameter section under an interference fit configuration. SOLUTION: This pump dispenser 10 has a one-piece plunger 14, which is fitted in a hollow cylindrical main body 12. Then, at the center of the bottom wall 18 of the main body 12, which is formed into a cup-shape, an inlet opening 20 is formed, and above the inlet opening 20, an upward beveled-shape annular seat 24 is formed. The plunger 14 has a thin and long tubular piston 50, and at the upper end section, an actuator 70 is integrally formed. At the same time, a tapered zone 80 is formed on the stem 51. Then, when the plunger 14 is located at a locking location, a holding flap 100 at a stopper 28, which comprises a stage section having a step, of the main body 12, is seal-engaged with the larger diameter zone 82 of the stem 51, and thus, a ventilation hole 27 is airtightly closed.
