PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject benzamide derivative preparation in which the solubility of the benzamide derivative is increased and the oral absorption is increased by formulating a benzamide derivative, a surfactant, an acidic substance, an organic liquid and one or more kinds of polyethylene glycols. SOLUTION: The objective benzamide derivative preparation includes (A) a benzamide derivative of formula I (A is a structure of formula II or the like), for example, a compound of formula III; (B) one or two or more kinds selected from the group consisting of (i) a surfactant, for example, an anionic surfactant., or nonionic surfactant, (ii) an acidic substance (for example, mineral acid, carboxylic acid, sulfonic acid, acidic polysaccharide, acidic amino acid a salt between amino acid and mineral acid, (iii) an organic liquid, for example, methanol, ethanol, propylene glycol, glycerol, propylene carbonate, dimethylacetamide or the like and (iv) polyethylene glycols. In a preferred embodiment, this preparation additionally includes water. The daily dose is about 0.0001-100 mg/kg body weight calculated as the compound of the effective component.
