PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a length adjuster for making a loosening stopper function regardless of a suspension belt. SOLUTION: This adjuster 3 is constituted of a fixed member 4 and a movable member 12 and the movable member is opened to the fixed member 4 by hinges built in both members. The suspension belt 1 is passed through the plural holes 6, 11, 14 and 16 of both members, bent at an acute angle by a transversal bar 7 formed by the hole 6, wound around a transversal bar 15 for dividing the holes 14 and 16 to respectively improve frictional force and bent at the acute angle at both ends of the hole 11 to cut tension. Thus, a structure capable of making the loosening stopper function when both members are closed and releasing the loosening stopper when they are opened is attained.
