PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a miniaturization and also apply to an existing internal combustion engine favorably. SOLUTION: A vane member 15 rotated along with a camshaft 1 is stored in the housing member 4 rotated along with a sprocket (rotary body) 3. Plural vanes 18 projected in the radial direction are provided on the vane member 15 and plural operation oil rooms 19, 20 are formed in the housing member 4. A hydraulic suction/exhaust means 66 by which the operation oil can be supplied and exhausted into the operation oil rooms 19, 20 is provided. Oil room side passages 25, 26 communicating with the operation oil rooms 19, 20 and one end opened hole 27 by which these oil room side passages 25, 26 are opened are formed on the vane member 15. A shaft member 49, on which the oil pressure side passages 51, 52 communicated to the oil room side passages 25, 26 and hydraulic suction/exhaust means 66 are formed, is inserted into the hole 27. |
