PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for arrangement of reinforcing bars which enables collective conveyance of the reinforcing bars without necessitating any special work such as bundling work, when the work for conveyance of the bars is conducted, and enables easy one-by-one arrangement of the bars at prescribed positions, thus enabling sharp reduction of the cost of labor and construction and the term of construction. SOLUTION: A U-shaped frame material 1 whereon reinforcing bars are put is formed and a fork plate material 1d is used for the base plate thereof. The frame materials 1 are connected together in a plurality at the upper parts thereof. The reinforcing bars are put on the U-shaped frame materials 1 by a lifting machine such as a crane and conveyed to a prescribed position, and the bars can be sent out easily in the lifted state.
