PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a conventional multistage transmission needs a large-sized mission case, and that it is difficult to obtain a neutral position by using a transmission adopting a split pulley continuous transmission device. SOLUTION: A planetary gear device 3 and two continuous transmission devices 4, 5 are arranged inside a mission case. Power from an input shaft 20 is respectively outputted to the continuous transmission devices 4, 5. Output of the continuous transmission device 4 is transmitted to a sun gear 61 of the planetary gear device 3, while output of the continuous transmission device 5 is transmitted to a ring gear 63 of the planetary gear device 3. Power is transmitted to an output shaft 26 via a carrier 24 which pivots planetary gears 62, 62, etc., of the planetary gear device 3.
