PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the flow down of banking on the upper surface of an upper member by providing a linking support on the support for supporting an upper member, and a fixing means for fixing the support and the linking support. SOLUTION: Plural footing-like pillars 4 are standingly provided at given intervals on the ground 26 after ground leveling, and an upper member 6 is erected between the supports 4 and 4 respectively by utilizing the bent recesses 22 of the support 4, to form veinlike interior hollow parts 8. Then one end side of a long size engaging member 20 is inserted into the engaging recess 18 of the support 4 while charging mortar, to be standingly provided, and also linking supports 14 are fixed to another end side of the member 20, to integrally fix the supports 4 and 14. After that, a spectacular panel 24 is arranged between the supports 4 and 14 respectively, to provide banking 28 on the back surface side of the panel 24, thereby surely preventing the flow down of the banking 28 by the panels 24.
