PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make prevention of falling certain for a packaged matter and to make taking-out and putting-in of the packaged matter easy for a simple paper case which comprises a bottom plate, side plates connecting respectively to opposite two sides of the bottom plate, a top plate connecting to the side plate on one side for covering over the bottom plate, and a seal-up plate extending from the front edge of the top plate for being laid on and joined to the side plate on the other side and is equipped with holding plates connecting to the remaining two sides of the bottom plate for rising-up. SOLUTION: Corner plates 6a-6d which are bent and raised in company with raising-up of holding plates 5a, 5b and side plates 3a, 3b made through crease lines 7a-7d formed by extending crease lines 2a, 2b extending between each of holding plates 5a, 5b and side plates 3a, 3b and existing between a bottom plate 1 and the side plates 3a, 3b and crease lines 8a-8d connecting to crease lines 4a, 4b between the bottom plate 1 and the holding plates 5a, 5b and formed to face diagonally outward are provided.
