PURPOSE: A method for grinding a calender roller is provided to perform a grinding process by measuring the deformation amount of a calender roller and the measured deformation amount. CONSTITUTION: Data are generated under a normal temperature A by measuring a size of a calender roller under the normal temperature. Data about proper temperature of calender roller are generated by measuring the deformation amount of the calender roller is measured under a proper temperature of the calender roller in order to determine the processing amount of calender roller under the normal temperature. A compared calculation value for the deformation amount of the calender roller is generated by comparing the normal temperature data with the proper temperature data. The grinding amount is generated by using the inverse deformation amount corresponding to the compared calculation value. A grinding process is performed by using the grinding amount.
