摘要

PURPOSE: An air bag for a vehicle is provided to prevent a driver from being damaged when the vehicle accident occurs by forming the air bag through sealing two wrapping fabrics having different air permeability from each other. CONSTITUTION: An air bag comprises a driver side wrapping fabric(3) and an inflater side wrapping fabric(2) which have the same density and the same denier. The fabric structures of the driver side wrapping fabric(3) and the inflater side wrapping fabric(2) are different from each other. An amount of air passing through the driver side wrapping fabric(3) is larger than an amount of air passing through the inflater side wrapping fabric(2). Under the condition of atmospheric pressure of 1.27cmH2O, the air permeability of the driver side wrapping fabric(3) is lower than 0.6cc/(cm¬2.s) and the air permeability of the inflater side wrapping fabric(2) is higher than 3cc/(cm¬2.s).
