medicine, radionuclide therapy. invention relates to methods of preparing radiotherapeutic preparations labeled with rhenium-188 isotope. SUBSTANCE: lyophilized mixture of reagents has ligand (1-hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid), reducing agent (SnCl2.2H2O) and an antioxidant (ascorbic acid). To this mixture sterile aqueous solution of perrhenate containing radioactive sodium perrhenate (Na188ReO4) obtained in elution of rhenium-188 generator and nonactive rhenium as sodium or potassium perrhenate for increase of rhenium concentration in order to make its concentration in the preparation solution from 10-4 to 10-3 mole/l are added. Value of volume activity of the preparation solution is adjusted from 148 to 2960 MBq/ml. Then the preparation is heated at 90-100 C for 15-30 min. The preparation is ready for using after its cooling and solution neutralization to pH 7, not above, at once. Method provides preparing the sterile radiotherapeutic preparation showing high quality indices for optimal short time in clinic conditions. EFFECT: improved method of preparing. 6 cl, 1 ex
