PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart to tatamis deodorant properties, humidity controllability and forest bathing effect, far infrared effect or the like utilizing adsorbability of a charcoal powder by fixing the powder by an adhesive using a polyamide resin or starch. SOLUTION: A charcoal powder is mixed with a solvent together with a copolymerized nylon resin. A sheet material 4 or a tatami floor 3 is coated with the mixture. When the solvent is evaporated, the material 4 or the floor 3 in which the powder is fixed is made. As the material 4, air permeable Japanese paper is preferred. In the tatami, the fixed material 4 is disposed between a smooth surface 2 of the tatami mat and the floor 3. Then, a starch is used as an adhesive, mixed with water, heated to a pasty state, and mixed with the charcoal powder. The material 4 or the surface 2 is coated with the resultant mixture. After the solvent or the moisture is evaporated, the powder is fixed to the material 4 or the floor 3, and this is disposed between the surface 2 and the tatami 1 to be completed. Thus, an environment having deodorant properties and humidity controllability based on an adsorbing function of the charcoal and much minus ion is created, and hence a forest bath effect, far infrared effect of the powder and the like can expected. |
