PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform ordinary feedback control of ISC (the number of idle revolutions control) when there is a fear of over revolution of a generator occurring at a high car speed region. SOLUTION: When a car speed is present at a high car speed region exceeding a set speed and there is a fear of over revolution of a generator occurring (S1 being YES and S2 being YES), in a state that a command is issued to a gasoline engine from a vehicle control unit(VCU) such that operation is effected at the number of idle revolutions and when it is decided from a pedalling amount of an accelerator pedal (S4 being YES) that an output of the gasoline engine is approximately zero, the opening of an electronic throttle is fixed at a specified value by an EF1 based on a command from the VCU and the gasoline engine 1 is held approximately at the number of idle revolutions (S5).
