PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission member made of fiber reinforced resin, which is reliable enough to be applied to actual vehicles. SOLUTION: In this propeller shaft 1, a cylindrical body 2 is formed in such a way that a sheet of carbon fiber reinforced resin oriented at angle of approximately 12 degree is wound three layers, forming a roll and a sheet made of glass fiber reinforced resin oriented at angle of approximately 12 degree is wound three layers around the roll. This constitution satisfies the impact resistance and torsion strength required for power transmission members and improves reliability enough to provide reliability even if it is applied to actual vehicles although it is made of fiber reinforced resin.
