PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the service life by laying an endless belt from a driven wheel at a rear side to a driven wheel at a front side and returning to the driven wheel at rear side through a driving wheel and a play wheel, so that the endless belt only receives a bending deformation in the same direction. SOLUTION: After an endless belt 10 is laid from a driven wheel 7 at a rear side to a driven wheel 7 at a front side toward respective inner wheels 7, 8, 9, it returns to the driven wheel 7 at the rear side through a driving wheel 8 and a play wheel 9. The play wheel 9 is deviated to a right side against the driven wheel 7 and the driving wheel 8 is deviated to the play wheel 9. This phenomenon is because the endless belt 10 does not interfere with them. An upper straight portion of the endless belt 10 laying the front and rear driven wheels 7 is abutted to a lower portion of respective carrier rollers 3.
