PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collapsible box which can substantially prevent rainwater from coming into the inside while being left in the open air and is in a structure wherewith carrying, handling and disposition are made easy because of its availability for being folded down into a small size. SOLUTION: A collapsible box is constructed of a rectangular bottom box body having raised side brim parts 1A-1D at its periphery, a square frame-like side wall body 2 foldable into a flat shape with its opposite two wall faces folded double toward the inside, and a rectangular cover body 3 having dangling side brim parts 3A-3D at its periphery formed in a dimension suitable for fitting to the bottom box body and the side wall body 2 expanded into the shape of square frame, and the side wall body 2 under the state of being folded down can be housed in the bottom box body and the cover body 3 which are joined together, and the width and height of each of side walls 2A-2D of the side wall body 2 and the length of each of sides of the bottom box body are set so that the side wall body 2 under the state of being expanded can be fitted to the outside of the side brim parts 1A-1D of the bottom box body.
