PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the height of a body side bracket by the length of an extension part so as to improve rigidity of the body side bracket by supporting the extension part protruding from an outer cylinder of a mount insulator to the body side bracket side by means of a pair of support plates in the body side bracket. SOLUTION: In a mount insulator arranged in the rear part of a power plant in an automobile, a pair of extension parts 12A, 12B are protruded from the outer circumferential face of an outer cylinder 12 fixed to a sub rear cross member 6R via a body side bracket 11 toward the body side bracket 11. The body side bracket 11 is formed by connecting a pair of opposed support plates 11A, 11B parallel to the body longitudinal direction together at their rear ends via a joint plate 11C. Both of the extension parts 12A, 12B are supported by both of the support plates 11A, 11B. In this way, the height of one supporting part 18 in the body side bracket 11 is lowered by the extension length of the both extension parts 12A, 12B, so that the rigidity of the supporting part 18 is improved.
