PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a plate delivery error by effectively guiding a leading end side of a stencil base sheet to a delivery passage side. SOLUTION: A wind turbine-like member 55 having a plurality of substantially radially projected beating parts 55a is rotatably provided at a position not brought into contact with a periphery of a plate cylinder 16 of a plate delivery unit 1 for releasing a stencil base sheet 10 wound on an outer periphery of a plate cylinder 16. The member 55 is rotated to guide a leading end of the sheet 10 released from clamping at the parts 55 in a beating direction between a pair of plate delivery conveying belts 58 and 59 of a discharge passage side.
