PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve comfortableness and vibration and noise insulating performance by providing a pair of guides annularly fixed on the inner circumferential face of a rim and a pair of wall parts fixed annularly on the outer circumferential face of a base rim and arranging rubber elastic bodies annularly between the side faces of the guides and the side faces of the wall parts individually. SOLUTION: A disc 1 fixed in an axle hub is provided with a base rim 2 molded integrally with the disc 1. In the tire axial both ends on the outer circumferential face of the base rig 2, a pair of wall parts 4 is fixed annularly with the width wider than the tire axial width between guides 5. Rubber elastic bodies 6 are arranged annularly between both outside faces of the guides 5 and the both inside faces of the wall parts 4 individually. On each side, two or more bolts passing through the rubber elastic body 6 and freely penetrating the guide 5 and the wall face 4 are arranged. In this way, vibration is absorbed by shear deformation of the rubber elastic body 6, so that comfortableness and vibration and noise insulating performance can be improved.
