PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive and deliver a printing sheet without damaging printing of high pixel area ratio without printing fault at the sheet having a strong drape. SOLUTION: A plate cylinder 16 and a paper cylinder 17 are rotatably provided. A sheet clamping unit 21 is provided at the cylinder 17. A leading end of a printing sheet 22 is clamped by the unit 21 to mount the sheet 22 on an outer periphery of the cylinder 17. The cylinder 16 and the cylinder 17 are rotated, the end of the sheet 22 conveyed along the supplied sheet conveying direction is clamped by the unit 21, moved by a rotation of the cylinder 17, passed at substantially near outer peripheral positions of the cylinder 16 and the cylinder 17, and printed. A pair of plate cylinder side specifying guides 44, 44 are provided at near positions so as to be opposed to the near peripheral positions of the cylinder 16 and the cylinder 17, folding of the sheet 22 to the cylinder 17 side to the conveying direction of the sheet 22 is specified only at both ends of the sheet 22 to the conveying direction to be guided to a sheet conveying mechanism 32.
