发明名称 ELECTRIC SOLIDIFYING TYPE PRINTER
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost of a negative electrode and to abrade a tip section of thereof in an electric solidifying type printer using a negative electrode and a rotary drum (a positive electrode). SOLUTION: In an electric solidifying type printer, ink is ejected to a gap between a grounded rotary drum 10 forming a positive electrode 132 and a negative electrode provided opposite to the drum 10 and a negative voltage pulse is applied to the negative electrode so that ink is solidified on a circumference surface 11 of the rotary drum 10 and then the ink is transferred to a paper or the like. The negative electrode 132 is so constituted that it is divided into a connection section 132a having a rectangular cross section and a tip section 132b having a square cross section being provided on a negative electrode substrate 130. Each connection section 132a is formed by an etching method or a conductive ink printing method and the tip section 132b is formed by a metallic foil adhering method. It is preferable to integrally form the connection section 132a and tip section 132b on the negative electrode substrate 130 by an additive method.
