PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an initial strain in a tire and to vulcanize the tire under optimum conditions by previously vulcanizing at least a carcass component and a belt component of tire constituting components in a shape near a final product shape, laminating them so as to become the shape near the final product shape, and molding it. SOLUTION: At lest a carcass component 1, a belt component 2, preferably all tire constituting components including a bead filler component 3, a sidewall component 4 and a tread component 5 of tire constituting components are previously vulcanized in a shape near a final product shape. In order obtain the component 1, a cylindrical primary molding is formed by laminating unvulcanized respective members, inserted in a radially expanded state into a mold manufactured substantially in the same shape as the final product shape, and vulcanized. The component 2 is formed of two-layer annular belts 21, 21. The component 5 is obtained by laminating in a small diameter slightly smaller than the final product shape, enlarging its outer diameter inside the mold, and vulcanized while being transferred at the tread surface to the groove.
