PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of the so-called 'flash' and difference in level along a parting line at the time of injection molding of a material such as a synthetic resin, synthetic rubber or natural rubber. SOLUTION: At least one of a fixed mold 2 and a movable mold 3 has a projected part with predetermined width along the periphery of a recessed part becoming a cavity and the top part of the projected part is finished flatly to be set to a parting surface. The fixed mold 2 and the movable mold 3 are divided into mold parts 21, 31 having the recessed part becoming the cavity provided thereto and outer frames for applying pressing force so as to bring the mold parts into contact with other molds under pressure and the mold parts are engaged with the outer frames so as to be movable in the direction along the parting surface. The outer frames are set to other molds at an almost predetermined position by guide pins 4 and the mold parts are mated with other molds with high accuracy by positioning pieces 6.
