PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly and effectively perform a wood drying process. SOLUTION: In the method for drying a wood depending upon both internal heating drying process to dry the wood by induction heating through application of high-frequency and external heating drying process to dry the wood by external heating under high temperature environments, the high-frequency set at a constant output level is intermittently applied to the wood under the specified high temperature environments while the application time is gradually decreased following the diminishing moisture content of the wood.
