PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and speedily conduct adjusting work to a guide roller for guiding a moving blade. SOLUTION: In this cutter, a moving blade 3 supported by a ram 4 which oscillates to move forward and backward is guided by guide rollers 11a, 11b on both sides of a base 1. The guide rollers 11a, 11b are respectively installed on guide blocks 29a, 29b, and the guide blocks 29a, 29b are detachably installed on both sides of the base 1.
