PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure a positional error of a tool holder to a tool support body. SOLUTION: This tool tightening device provided with the tool holder 3 to receive a tool and insert it into a receiving part of the tool support body comprises the tool holder 3, and the tool support body has a corresponding receiving part to it. The tool holder 3 is provided with at least two adjusting elements 26 separately disposed from each other through an attached adjusting means, while the tool support body 1 has at least two contact positions disposed to correspond to the adjusting elements 26 of the tool holder 3 inserted, and the adjusting element 26 correctly conforms to the contact position to get in contact with it.
