PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out assembly and disassembly work of a product which has a heavy weight safely, and efficiently, all alone and easily. SOLUTION: A crane support steal material 4 and a crane reinforcing steel material 5 integrated with each other by a crane joint steel material 46 are provided on an optional corner of a table upper surface on this workbench, and a crane beam reinforcing steel material 3 and a crane beam 2 are provided on each rotating pipe 50. A box rail 39 and a W car pulley 38 are provided on the lower side of this crane beam 2, and a chain block 1 is installed below the W car pulley 38. Thereafter, a steel plate 8 and a soft material 7 are provided on an upper surface of a tale main body 9. Thereafter, a turntable 6 is provided at an optional position on the table upper surface, and a rotating table storage box 14, a handle 11 and a vertical step lever 13 are provided on the lower side of the turntable 6.
