PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the work when a net device is put into a housing state or use state and to facilitate the work when the net device is moved through a narrow place to a desired position. SOLUTION: This device has a supporter 7 which supports the lower part of a frame 6 to respective middle parts 3a in a longitudinal direction of respective leg parts 3 and 3 has a supporting pipe 16 which projects upward from the middle parts 3a in the longitudinal direction of the leg parts 3, another supporting pipe 17 which projects downward from the lower part of the frame 6 and is detachably fitted to the supporting pipe 16 and an elastic detaining body 18 which is removably fitted at one end 20 to the one supporting pipe 16 of both supporting pipes 16 and 17 and is removably fitted at another end to the other supporting pipe 17. The inner peripheral surface of the other supporting pipe 17 and the other end 21 of the detaining body 18 in pressurized contact with its inner peripheral surface are adapted relatively slidable around the axial center 19 of the other supporting pipe 17.
