<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the traction of a vehicle loaded with a person by moving a front wheel shaft in the vertical direction or turning it, and forming a fixed bracket and a pin for locking a fixing plate in a side surface. SOLUTION: A front wheel shaft 17 of a front wheel is provided with an upper and a lower holes, and when floating the front wheel from the ground, a fixing bolt is inserted into the lower hole for fixation. When grounding the front wheel, the front wheel shaft 17 to be received by front wheel bearings is lowered, and the fixing hole is fixed to the front wheel shaft by a bolt. A rotary plate 21 is turned around a rotary plate shaft 22, and a lock pin 23 is fitted in the lock hole so as to fix the front wheel shaft 17 to the rotary plate 21. With this structure, the front wheel can be floated while being held at a position at 90 degrees from the ground. When grounding the front wheel, the lock pin 23 is drawn from the rotary plate 21, and the lock pin 23 is supported by a lock pin holder 24 for sliding, but since the rotary plate 21 is always pushed forward, the rotary plate 21 is always fixed.</p> |
