<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably start an engine during kick starting in regard to a vehicle using both starting by a self-starter and kick starting. SOLUTION: When an ignition switch is turned on, a control circuit 2 monitors a power supply voltage VB of a battery B, and when this voltage is lower than a set value, the control circuit 2 prohibits starting by a self-starter. When kick starting, electric power of a self-starter dynamo SSD is fed to an ignition control circuit 7 via a diode of a driver part 3 and a diode 5. At this point, the control circuit 2 turns a relay 4 off and prevents electric power from being fed to a load circuit LC and the battery B. When a rotation signal RS of an ignition signal pulser IP is inputted in a state where a self-starter switch is not pushed, the control circuit 2 judges it to kick starting and maintains the relay 4 off. When an engine reaches a set engine speed and becomes stable, the control circuit 2 turns the relay 4 on and electric power is fed to the load circuit LC and the battery B.</p> |
