<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and facilitate the attaching of a chip to an ultrasonic vibrator, and improve work efficiency. SOLUTION: This connecting mechanism comprises a hand piece section and a chip section 3. In this case, for the hand piece section, an ultrasonic vibrator section 1, at the tip end section of which, a female thread 1a having a plurality of ridges is formed, is built in. Then, the chip section 3 has a male thread 3a having a plurality of ridges, which are screwed with the female thread 1a, at the tip end section, and also, is detachably screwed with the ultrasonic vibrator section 1 in the hand piece. The ultrasonic vibrator 1 side is formed into recess sections 1a and protruding sections 1b in the circumferential direction with specified intervals, and also, the recess sections 1a and the protruding sections 1b extend in the axial direction, and a female thread is formed on the protruding sections 1a. The chip 3 side has protruding sections 3a and recess sections 3b which engage with the recess sections and the protruding sections on the ultrasonic vibrator 1 side, and extend. Then, on the protruding sections 3a, a male thread 3a is formed. The recess sections 3b on the chip 3 side are positioned to the protruding sections 1a on the ultrasonic vibrator 1 side, and are inserted in the axial direction. Then, both sides are rotated by the length of both protruding sections 1a and 3a in the circumferential direction, and all of the plurality of the ridges of the female thread 1a and the male thread 3a, which are formed on the protruding sections, are screwed at the same time.</p> |
